The Italian Greyhound is distinguished by its elegant and slender silhouette. It has a long, slender neck, a narrow, pointed head, and a light body. Its coat is short and smooth, and comes in a variety of colors, such as fawn, black, and blue. Despite its apparent fragility, it is an athletic and agile dog.
As an Italian Greyhound owner, it is crucial to ensure that they receive enough physical exercise and mental stimulation for their well-being. Given their low body mass and short coat, these dogs are very sensitive to cold. It is therefore recommended to provide them with quality coats and accessories to protect them from bad weather and keep them warm during outings.
